Thanks for the responses on nipple everters / the niplette.  One LC colleague
gave a good suggestion.  She uses the adapted (inverted) 12cc or 20cc syringe
but puts a small pin hole about a fourth of the way so that suction releases
automatically and the nipple cannot be pulled all the way to the end of the
syringe!
