Dear Cherie, I love your newest 4 food groups.  I have a big pyramid poster
hanging on the wall in one of the exam rooms.  Kids and parents are always
talking about it when I come in.  Saying what they eat and don't, naming
things with the little ones.  I try and get a "teaching moment" in on why
it is shaped like a pyramid and which end we need to eat from and serving
sizes.  Do a lot of nutrition teaching in peds, not just BF - best start.
