Tracy, I think politely pointing out to the MDs that she is misrepresenting
herself and giving poor info might help.  I also think the hospital has
some major liability issues letting a non professional do rounds on their
in-patients and I'd bring this to their attention. I'd be very specific
about the inconsistencies with standards.  Hospitals and JACHO really worry
