Thanks for all the input.
Unfortunately, this mom is not making much milk at all. The OB provider agreed to renew the Reglan prescription for another 10 days or 2 weeks. 
As of 2 1/2 weeks postpartum, she is still putting infant to breast, using SNS with formula and pumping some.
She is very thankful for the SNS and keeps thanking me for it! She is so sweet. I encouraged her to use the SNS as long as she likes and keep doing skin to skin.
I'll update you if there is considerable change.
