Well, I'd intended to send my "why the hostility?" post pretty much as it
was... I thought.  But I wanted to mull it over some more and maybe even
pull it entirely.  But it was our younger son's birthday, and our older son
was visiting for the party, and he wanted to do something on the computer,
and he closed out my programs, and instead of putting my in-progress message
in "drafts", he must have mailed it.

Yikes!  Ah well, consider it a thought in progress... shared with a great
many people...
