My Complete Sympathy!!! I had this happen to my Doberman several years ago and
to top it off we ended up doing the tomato bath on top of an earwig nest in
the backyard so I had Stench, Sticky tomato juice and BITES.

I used Dawn dish soap per my vet's recommendation as it is safe for animals
(they use it for animals at oil spill sights). Also if you can avoid getting
it into your pet's eyes and nose you can use baking soda to absorb some of it.
Put it on dry and brush it out the next day.
