When I read the description of the pitting of the skin (looking like an
orange peel), I immedietely thought of IBC. There is more information here:
http://www.ibcresearch.org/, pictures here:
http://www.ibcresearch.org/symptoms/ibcvsc.htm.

I've recently dealt with this pseudo-personally- a close friend of mine
called me recently after a friend of hers was diagnosed with it, in her mid
20's. Mother has since had bi-lateral mastectomy and is continuing
treatment. Onset looks ok, but is obviously guarded. IBC does not have a
good survival rate. *Please* encourage this mother to explore this.

Best wishes,
T. Milburn
