At the ILCA Conference in Atlanta in 94 we had a meeting of about 20 people
interested in promoting breastfeeding.  Someone at that meeting had
developed artwork ready to be installed on a Billboard.  It used some
artwork from UNICEF.  We have not been able to contact that person and
would like to do something with billboards in Madison WI.  Does anyone know
