Polly, the temperature of the mother's chest is about 37.5C - the place 
where her baby needs to be for food, warmth and protection.  I think one of 
the refs could be Hartmann.

Guess who was lucky enough to hear Nils Bergman speak again yesterday??  His 
latest research, measuring and monitoring the infant's autonomic nervous 
system,  is mind-blowing!
