i feel this is a "red flag" and bears watching, but by no means is
predictive of poor milk production. i also would feel the same about breast
assymetry (other than very subtle). i would counsel this mother to "get bf
off to a good start" with all the optimum bf behaviors (10 steps) and follow
her and baby first week or so.
