Benefits of Breastfeeding:  A Summary of the Evidence from the Academy for
Educational Development, Pan American Health Organization's breastfeeding
project called LINKAGES.

The 168 page document provides an extensive  summary of research by numerous
breastfeeding benefits.  Each research article includes a description of the
study design, breastfeeding definition used for the research, outcome
measures, and results.   Also included is a discussion on methodological
issues for each research article.
