I find it interesting with this story (and I've noticed it before) that this
story is categorized under "business" or "advertising", rather that "health"
by the news service.

To me this means that the editors consider the issue to be more about
violation of trade guidelines, rather than a health issue.  (By categorizing
it this way, I would think it would be more likely to be read by a
businessperson, than a health professional.  I guess this is good, in that
it is bringing the issue to a larger audience outside of health care.
However, don't alot of health professionals need to learn about the Code,
even yet?)
