actually often *don't* use the factory analogy, and usually just say

like "the more you take out, the more you make," or, "milk removal equals
milk
synthesis," but I have used the factory analogy before.>>

When doing up grab bags for discussion meetings or school talks, we often
include a razor to represent supply/demand - the more you shave, the more
hair appears!
