Working with a mother who has a history of a previous depression
treated prozac in 1990. This mother would like to use reglan short term
(about three weeks) and would like to know if there is any recent
information available that would indicate that this would probably not
put her at increased risk for another depression. She has a low
production at one week of age and a history of inadequate milk supply
with her last baby. Baby was admitted to special care nursery at four
days of age with 18 bili and dehydration. Now at 7 days baby is
breastfeeding, still a little sleepy, bili down to 9 and mother is pumping to
stimulate production.

Thanks for your help!
