My  thoughts currently are nerve damage or possibly psychological  reason.


~~ I would see if the mom can get in touch with an OT or PT or chiropractic  
or CST person who knows which nerves serve that area of skin, and may help her 
 figure out if she somehow pinched a nerve/nerves  during labor or  
postpartum experience, then go from there.
