Iinteresting article in BF Med, Vol.11, No. 7 2016.  Ginger is used in Thailand as galactogogue and this article was done to see if it is local theory or scientifically real. Used in first 7 days of lactation (healthy moms and babes), early on more milk volume, by 7th day no differences.  No notable side effects.  Pat in SNJ
