I have a friend who BF and her son was allergic to all oft hose things.  She
had to watch her diet very carefully.  Unfortunately there was no one diet she
just had to search around for cookbooks and foods that met her/his needs.  He
is now 5 years old and still has terrible allergy sysmptoms even though his
diet is very carefully followed.  I'm sure my nurse friend would be glad to
offer support/advice to this mom. If this is something that would be helpful
