I just wanted to respond to Pierrette Mimi Poinsett to explain the severity of these cases. The case I
originally brought up was extremely traumatized by having her nipples pinched to the point of
exerting extreme pain. She did not feel she was in a position to stop the nurse who was doing this to
her. She felt trapped in the hospital and afraid to speak up because she did not know how she would
be treated for speaking up. The emotional impact for her is severe.

I have seen at least one other case where the physical evidence of severe bruising was so extreme
that photographs of what had happened to the mother's breasts would have equaled those of many
rape victim photographs. No, there may not have been vaginal penetration in these cases, but these
severe cases are every bit as emotionally traumatizing. So, no I did not mean this casually or
cavalierly.

Best regards, Susan Burger
