My colleague consulted with me re a mom who has a newborn. She was diagnosed as an adult with ADD and was taking Ritalin.  She stopped that prior to pregnancy but would like to resume either Ritalin or a similar medication, because it made such a difference.  Breastfeeding is going well.  The edition of Hale that I have says "insufficient data" but probably not recommended.

Does any of you have any ideas?
