I am a hospital-based RN/IBCLC working as the Lactation Program Coordinator.  
I am working with my nurse manager to re-work my salary package.  She asked 
that I attempt to find information about salaries in the LC field. 
I thought that a comparison of staff RN and LC would be a good place to 
start.  There was a posting about this a few years ago, but I would like to 
update the information.
I am only interested in if the salaries are same as, less than or more than 
the average staff RN, not specific amounts.
