Dear Friends:
   Is this nuts, Dr. Jack? The mother gets bitten by a rabid animal, and
should stop breastfeeding because she might give rabies to her baby? Is the
mother biting her baby? Where is the logic in this? "The baby may be at risk
of infection so let us give a food that will deplete its immune system." Give
