When I wanted to let doctors and well-baby clinics and other health professionals know about my work I sent out attractive bound desk diaries embossed with my details on the cover.  They were not expensive because I ordered them in bulk from a company that produces work-place gifts and were very well received. Then the gift sits on the recipient`s desk for the whole year and your details are visible.
