I am also wondering the same as Heather in UK, why are your babies weighed
so much?
Here in Australia, ours are weighed at birth, on Day 3 or 4 ( no concern if
they lose around 10% of birth weight, if more, and they are feeding OK, no
worries, just request another weigh in a week or so) and then whenever the
mothers feel they need it, e.g.: visiting the Child Health Clinic (I think
that is the same as your early childhood nurse.

The other problem is that all scales weigh differently, so unless the
weighings are done consecutively, using the same scales, I can't see much
value in it.
