My first reaction would be 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it.'  It sounds
like the color is the only thing worrying Mom.  Baby is doing fine and
she has a copious milk supply.

I had a mother with a baby whose green stools caused the baby much
distress.  We looked at what she was ingesting and came to focus on a
health food store vitamin supplement that contained alfalfa.  When she
stopped this vitamin, the problem went away.
