Kerry,

My favorite breastfeeding video is "Follow Me Mum" by Rebecca Glover
(thank-you Lynette Stiles for helping us to discover it).  It shows a
technique that encourages the baby to get a deep latch, helping moms to
avoid sore nipple issues, better than anything else I've seen.  It is more
challenging to teach and learn than some other latch techniques, but I have
found ways to help moms master it more easily and with less frustration,
over time.
