Subject: Difficulty Breastfeeding

Baby and/or Mother may have physical challenges that make it hard to
learn to nurse. Examples include: tongue-tie, short tongue,
tongue-sucking, flat nipples, inverted nipples, short-shanked nipples,
etc.

> Question - I had a Mom who delivered without any medication or other
intervention, but her baby would not latch. Any other reasons why this
would occur besides medication and birth trauma?
