My other annoyance is that there is no differentiation between breast and
nipple discomfort -- which are two entirely different entities.  And "filling
breast" gets a 1.  Filling is good.  A 2 on day 4 in this instance would not
be a good thing.  We like to see filling breasts.  Totally soft and
comfortable (a 2) is not acceptable on days 3 to 5.....
