A woman due to deliver her 3rd is still nursing a 2 year old who "likes to
lick the dog's mouth." Her question: What happens when the toddler licks
the dog, then nurses, then his newborn sibling nurses?

We couldn't think of any real-life illnesses that could result. I
suggested just rinsing her breast w/ water after he nurses... or having
him drink some water before nursing, if she's concerned. But is there really
any risk?
