Yes, Janice, well said.  Every accepted religion today was once considered a
"cult".  

 

I'm in Canada and can't quite see how it's okay to have Tila Tequila doing
her antics on TV for youngsters to watch and then have such punitive sexual
mores for this group.  Who will speak up for these poor women?  When a court
threatened me with losing custody of my then 5 y.o. daughter, I remember the
feeling of having a knife in my belly that was being twisted.  I can't even
imagine if she'd been younger and I'd been feeding her from my breasts.
This matter is definitely one where statements by women with strong voices
