A client with a 6 day old also has a 15 month old with rotavirus.  The
older child's fever is gone.  He wants to snuggle in bed, but mom is
afraid of having him too near the baby.  I don't know anything about
RV except that bfing is protective.  A complication is that the
newborn is receiving mixed feeds (mom's supply lags significantly
behind baby's needs).  Does she need to shelter the newborn at all at
this point?
