Hi Terri,
The MESH term for sucking issues is "sucking behavior". I did a search
and didn't come up with anything on disorganized sucking per se.
Disorganized suck is a conceptualization by Marjorie Meyer Palmer, and
is not a widely used term, though it is useful. Perhaps doing a medline
search on her name will come up with something new that she's written
since I've last looked.

I believe it's important in looking at sucking behavior in infants to
seek out the reason why the infant functions the way they do: Is there
a tongue tie, perhaps a subtle one? A short mandible? Does the baby
have a headache from being pulled out of mom by his head? Is there are
respiratory issue, a sensory processing issue, neurological immaturity?

Marjorie's view of disorganized suck entails infants with neurological
immaturity who have an imperfect sucking rate, rhythm or coordination
between the components of the suck:swallow:breathe triad. Her ideas
are certainly useful for screening infants into who just needs support
and time vs who needs more help. As a lactation consultant who is
trying to "push the envelope" and help children with medical conditions
to breastfeeding, I find that conceptualizing sucking a little more
broadly is helpful to me.

Have you read Wolf and Glass's book (Feeding and Swallowing Disorders in
Infancy, Therapy Skill Builders)? They have a lot to offer in this area.
Best wishes with your research,
