Monitor baby's ins and outs same as for any newborn BF baby.  Be sure there
is adequate (early) follow up post discharge.  Be sure parents know how to
evaluate what is going in.  Since ovaries don't really have much to do with
milk production, I think it should work.  Some older moms have reported low
