 My niece was lop sided.  Like a C & an A.  She resolved it by always starting with the small breast - every feeding.  This mom could try a version of that by limiting baby's time at 2 nd side (lg breast)  I'd be careful so she doesn't turn small side into an  over producer.  Has she though about donating some of this wonderful milk that she produces too  much of - give her baby a break :-)  Pat in SNJ
