That's what makes this story especially worrisome. It isn't that she
breastfed that child (which the legislation covers) It is that she
photographed it and they made it out to have been photographed for sexual
pleasure. The legislation we have in Texas IS awesome, but it apparently
doesn't protect the photographing of breastfeeding, only the act of
breastfeeding itself. It is people tying their own perverted agendas to such
things that cause problems. Sadly, I don't think you can legislate to
prevent that.
