Hi Shelia, we do have a policy on this, as informal milk sharing has become more popular.  We have them sign a consent saying that they understand the risk involved, as the milk has not been tested, or pasteurized, therefore transmission of disease/bacteria/viruses is possible.

Sorry, not at work, and do not have the exact wording/policy with me.  It is not very often we have to use it, but we have it in case we need.  Most often with adoption situations.
