You are right.  I don't see what the fact that the mother is receiving
radiation has to do with anything.  Gamma rays are not carried in the
blood and to the milk.  They pass right through the body, injuring
certain cells, but then they are gone.  If the physicians are so
worried about the cells, why are they not worried about the absence of
cells in artificial milk?
