Maureen Minchin's article in Birth 14:1, 1987 mentions  salt missing from
Neo-Mull-Soy and Cho-free from 1978-9 causing major problems in 120
children.  She mentions other accidental and incidental dificiencies and
contaminations of formula.    Marsha Walker has an excellent handout on the
Hazards of Infant Formula.  I believe it is available from ILCA.  Sincerely,
