Thanks for everybody answering to my question about the mom without
pituitary gland.

The answers confirmed what I already thought. In the mean time the mother
tries to accept that she will not be able to feed her babys. She is very sad
and now it is our job to help her to lern that she will be a "good mother"
(I don't like the term) even without breastfeeding.
