I remember recently seeing in a lactnet digest something about this,
but I wasn't interested at the time.  Now a mom in my son's playgroup
wants to know if it is safe to take.  She is bf a 21 mo. old, and is
about 40.  She also wants info on echinacia -- anything out there
credible enough to help me feel good about giving this mom info?
