Thanks for asking, Barb, I had exactly the same question. The commentary
doesn't note one of the controversial aspects of some of the research - a
lack of rigour with regard to the definition of breastfeeding.

For anyone who is just becoming aware of the conflicting research in this
area, there are quite a few references to various studies in the archives.
