My daughter told me this story: A mom in her LLL group was challenged by a
relative who asked, voice dripping with sarcasm, "Are you still
breastfeeding? Are you in some kind of a contest to see who can nurse the
longest?"  The mom thought quickly, then replied cheerfully, "Yes - actually
we ARE having a contest, and I'm in the lead! Thanks for asking!"

The critical relative shut up and left her alone.
