not seen pharm diuretic used, but is an interesting idea. Which one might be
best choice?

PP I *routinely* suggest for mom oral hydration, avoid/minimize NA intake,
diuretic type foods & walking, ....and use/teach ac breast massage,  & w/fdg
massage and compression to encourage colostrum breastmilk flow through that
swollen breast tissue to facilitate baby intake.
