Hi,
I may have a different point of view than the previous posters but I was pleased to have received the package. I do agree about not being a marketing rep for ANY company but the reality of my situation is that I work with a low income population who often spend the least amount they can on a pump. I do not desire to spend my own money to research what is on the market but face the reality every day of patients/clients who come back to see me using a "tommy tippee" pump or some other low cost complicated, less than helpful pump. You can send it back to them but please don't destroy it; donate it to goodwill or other charitable organization for young mothers.

 I offered this pump to a staff member who is currently nursing a three month old to try for her feedback. She was pleased with it and now I can reply with certainty when asked for information about this pump.

I realize that I may get flamed for this post but Lanisoh is a reputable company with humble beginnings and I am not going to tar and feather it just because of the current ownership. Most of the time when a business is acquired by another corporation, those in the "trenches" don't have anything to say about it. I may be naïve but it's like having a friend with a boyfriend or husband you don't like......
