Well if this was my baby and I wished to continue bfing, I would pay
more attention to dental care by brushing carefully the baby's teeth
twice a day, in the morning and just before bedtime, and I would make
sure no snacks (except bm) after the last brushing (so that there
wouldn't be any pieces of food left on teeth surfaces for the
mutans-bacteria to use at night). I would also teach the baby (and
other family members) to use xylitol products (gum or other) after
meals. Also check-ups at the dentist more often (like every 6 months)
might be a good idea to follow the situation, and see if the cavities
stop getting any larger.

Once you have gotten the mutans-bacteria (usually by saliva contact
from a family member), you can't get rid off them, but you can try to
make their life harder ;)
