Friends, I have a question that was brought to my attention today. The AAP
Bf Pamphlet, online, is at http://www.aap.org/family/brstguid.htm.

They recommend 3 days for refrigerated freshly expressed breast milk, and
also indicate that spicy foods may cause breastfeeding problems in babies.

I did not see any references to these statements.  Does anyone know if there
is a reference list for these? They seem to compete with other information
that I have, especially the milk storage guidelines.
