According to Thomas Hale alcohol level in milk in the breast is a quite exact match to that in her blood. It wil rise and decrease with the blood alcohol promilage. In pumped milk alcohol will sit and stay the same.
Hale T: Medications and Mothers' MIlk, ed 2010(14), p382
