Last night at International Pediatric Chat's weekly live conference we
discussed the very thought provoking article on the front page of the
Sunday NY times.
It discussed Aids and its transmission through breast milk. It raises some
incredible issues.

I plan to have the same article discussed next Monday night and if possible
I will invite the reporter who wrote the article and a peds infectious
disease expert.

If you plan to attend this live chat session PLEASE take the time and go to
the library and read this article. If you do not plan to attend I suggest
you go and read it anyways.

Anyone who dedicates themselves to increasing breastfeeding amongst the
developing countries as well as ampongst the developed copuntries must be
very stressed over the findings in this article.
