develop low supplies very quickly (surprisingly quickly) if they are not 
doing optimal bf practices and techniques. So that
is where you always start."
To clarify, this statement refers to *all* moms, not bfar pts only. 
Unfortunately due to poor technique and especially poor practices 
(non-exclusive bf mostly) I see this alot.
