Hi Karleen,

Thanks for your suggestions; I'll definitely keep it in mind.
No answer back, yet, so they may indeed be laughing at me and my offer to
'improve' their brochures... ;o)
In case they do get back to me, I can have a talk with them first, before
starting to edit and handing in comments.
