Milk screen has been discussed before.  Check the archives.  It is
supersensitive, detecting the presence of 'any alcohol'. The danger is that
while every mother knows that alcohol is not good for babies, virtually none
of them understand that the risks associated with small amounts of alcohol
transferred in breastmilk are miniscule compared to the risks associated
with withholding breastfeeding and using formula instead.
